| COMMISSIONING: |
| We specialize in large scale water and waste water treatment and recycle plant commissioning all over the world. These plants generally consists of clarifiers, UF units, Membrane Bio-reactors (MBR), RO units, De-Mineralization unitsetc. The capacity of these plants vary from 100 m3/hr to beyond 1000 m3/hr. |
Some of the commissioning jobs we have executed during last 03 years are as follows:

Enron (RGPPL) Thermal power plant: We were engaged in re-commissioning of the water treatment facility after Indian giant NTPC took it over. The plant consisted of Pretreatment, UF, RO and DM. |

GEB Sikka Thermal power station Desalination unit: Trouble-shooting, RO membrane loading and start-up of the seawater desalination unit operating at 35% recovery and three streams of 50 m3/hr capacity each. |

Kogan Creek Thermal power station Australia: We were engaged to commission a complete auto DM plant near Brisbane in Australia. |
- |
Laundry waste re-cycle plant Mauritius: A unit consisting of DAF tank, UF unit and RO was trouble shooted. |

DM Plant audit at NTPC Kawas: Conducted audit for DM plant operation troubleshooting. |

Tannery waste recycle: Commissioned a pilot unit consisting of Clarifier, MBR and RO for tannery waste water treatability studies at Vaniyambadi near Chennai |

Textile waste recycle: We are engaged to operate the plant consisting of clarifier, MBR and RO. |

Paper coating industry waste treatment: Supplied and commissioned an automatic UF unit at Sudhir paper mills, Bangalore. |

Singapore: Engaged to commission 182 MLD water treatment facility at Choa Chu Kang water works in Singapore. Plant consists of pretreatment, micron filtration and post chemical injection for re-mineralisation. |

Nigeria: Engaged to commission pretreatment, RO unit and manganese removal units at a Shell petroleum oil refinery in Nigeria. |
